As a career consultant,
I truly believe that everyone can find meaning in the type of work
they choose to do. My mission is to help others discover what meaningful
work is to them, thus, contributing to personal fulfillment. What
I find meaningful in my work is assisting, guiding, and supporting
individuals to successfully meet their employment and/or vocational
goals and needs. It offers me a great sense of accomplishment and
fulfillment knowing that I can make a difference in someone else's
life by helping them help themselves. As an honours graduate in
the Career & Work Counsellor Diploma Program at George Brown
College, Toronto, I consider myself highly committed to assisting
others in their search for suitable employment. My skills and experience
in career counselling include:
- needs determination
and action planning through individual career counselling
- delivery of group
orientation sessions
- delivery of True
Colors group workshops as a Certified Level One True Colors Trainer
- facilitation
of job search strategies workshops including: goal-setting, resume
writing, networking, and interviewing
- administration
and interpretation of career planning assessments

and referrals
